By labour and abilities men and women always strive to improve the quality of their life. Today, particularly by means of science and technology, they have extended their mastery over almost the whole of nature, and still continues to extend it. The more the power of mankind increases, the wider is the scope of their responsibilities, as individuals and as communities.
