“God loved the world so much that He gave his only Son, so that
everyone who believes in Him may not be lost, but may have eternal life,” (John
3: 16).The Love of God has no beginning and will have no end. We were created by Love and are called to live the good life. Jesus has come to assure us of God’s love and to urge us to walk with Him in the light of that love.
We all have experienced wonderful changes in ourselves when we feel loved by another person. Love has a powerful effect in our lives. The real love is a gift from God that saves us. Our faith and our trust enable us to believe in the goodness of God and to come to the light.
We need to live our
lives in the presence of the One who has always cared for us and who will never
forget us. During this Lent, we need a deep
conversion of heart. As we kneel before the
cross in prayer, we pray for a renewed desire to grow in holiness.
